How do I apply for a vacancy?

What are the hours of work?
This will depend on the job you do and will be discussed at your interview.
Will I have to do shifts?
Our business works on a 24 hour basis and shift work is essential in some areas so that we can fulfill our customer needs.
What is the salary?
If the salary is not stated in the advert this will be discussed with you at your interview.
Can I have time off for college courses?
The recruiting Line manager will discuss this with you.
Do I get a uniform?
If you are working in the warehouse then you will be provided with suitable clothing for your duties.
How many days holiday do I get a year?
This will depend on your contracted hours.
Are there any benefits?
We have a staff shop and Ocado Perks. We also have a pension scheme which you can join. As a company we also have death in service benefit. Any other benefits will be discussed at your interview.
Where will I be based?
This will depend on your role within Ocado but we do have several sites around the country and you are able to apply to any of these for employment.
Can I have more details about the job?

Will I have an interview or group assessment?
You will be notified at the time that you are invited for an Interview whether it will be a group assessment or an interview.
Is there any possibility of Ocado paying for my college fees?
This will be determined by the course you are taking and the benefits it would bring to Ocado. This is something which would only be discussed after you have been appointed.
