Quite simply, Ocado is a pioneering online grocery delivery service that is revolutionising the way people shop for groceries. We currently receive around nine of every 10 orders via our website, Ocado.com, with the remainder coming through our trailblazing Ocado on the Go mobile phone apps.

We're rightly proud of our long-standing partnership with our friends at Waitrose, yet we're completely independent from both Waitrose and the John Lewis Partnership. Unlike old-fashioned supermarkets, we don't rely upon a network of large chain superstores, but what's snappily known in the industry as a 'centralised distribution' or 'warehouse-based' business model. We depend on innovative technology driven solutions to deliver our world class service.
