What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you are not at home when we arrive our driver will try to phone you. If
we cannot reach you, we will leave a card letting you know what time
we arrived, and asking you to contact us as soon as possible on 0845
3991122 or the number provided on the card.
Note: we cannot guarantee that the driver will be able
to return that day
Can I book my delivery before I place an order?
Yes we recommend that you book your slot prior to placing your order.
I have already booked a delivery so why am I being asked to book another one?
- Your chosen delivery has expired and therefore you will need to book another slot.
- Delivery slots expire after 60 minutes if you have not checked out.
How do I change my delivery?
- go to Orders
- click the order you wish to change
- click 'change delivery'
- click on your chosen time and confirm it
You may amend your order at any time prior to the following cut off times:
- Scheduled delivery before 16:00 - cut off 15:30 on the previous day
- Scheduled delivery after 16:00 - cut off 22:30 on the previous day
How do I book my delivery?
To choose the one-hour delivery window that suits you best you have 2 options:
- click the 'Book a delivery' link shown above your trolley. You will be shown delivery times up to 21 days in advance
- when checking out you will be automatically prompted to book a delivery time if you have not already booked one
How long can I hold a delivery for without checking out?
Your chosen delivery is reserved for 60 minutes before you complete the checkout process. If you have not checked out in this time you will need to reserve a new one.
