How do I update my details?
- go to 'Details and settings'
- go to whichever details need updating
- follow the instructions given on the page
How do I sign up for/cancel Ocado marketing communications?
- Marketing e-mails
- go to 'Details and settings'
- go to 'Marketing Communications'
- remove or add ticks to the options you wish to change
- click 'Save'
- Order reminders
- go to 'Details and settings'
- go to 'Order reminder service'
- select a day or 'Cancel reminder'
- click 'Set'
Can I have my order delivered to a different address this time around?
Yes, as long as you do not already have an order waiting to be delivered
How do I change my delivery details?
- go to 'Details and settings'
- go to 'Delivery address'
- enter the new postcode and click 'Check'
- select the new address from the list shown and click 'Save'
Please be aware you must change the address prior to placing your order otherwise your delivery will go to the old address.
How do I know if you deliver in my area?
- click 'Register'
- enter your postcode
If we don't currently deliver, you can leave us your e-mail address and we will contact you as soon as we arrive in your area.
Our partners Waitrose also offer a store collection and home delivery service from selected branches.
What if I forget my password?
- click 'Log in'
- click 'Forgotten your password?'
- enter your username and 'Confirm'
You will be given the options to either send yourself a password reminder by e-mail or to reset your password.
