A great tasting low calorie snack

What a great alternative to unhealthy crisps. Not only do they taste delicious, I love that they are under 100 calories.

Love this seaweed crisp!

I've crushed these on top of my ramen and other Asian dishes! They add the perfect umami flavour!

HEALTH DESTROYING CORN OIL

Avoid as this product contains high omega 6 corn oil. And it's only 1/3 seaweed: poor quality product that is harmful to health.

great

if you actually like seaweed these are great! crispy and the coating makes it feel substantial. very slightly oily. But I really enjoyed these.
