I agree with exillixi and belladonna. It just has the wrong texture for paneer. Also, it doesn't seem to absorb the flavours and spices as well as paneer I have purchased from my local store. I'm going back there!
I really enjoyed making a delicious paneer korma with this. it's a great alternative to using meat but still provides flavour and I also really like the texture.
This is the first time I have used Paneer at home and it was nice. It was rubbery though. I pan fried and then added it to a Biona Tikka sauce and cooked through for a few minutes. Perhaps too much cooking or not enough?
Comes in good packaging. Tried by making chilli paneer. It didnt break and taste was spot on. Its high protein cheese so great for vegetarians. Also no processed stuff in it.
After trying out the other paneer on here that was the only option after the good one was no longer available (and that was awful, I couldn't finish it) I tried this one and it made delicious, squidgy, fried cubes of paneer for my manchurian chilli paneer. Thank you for giving us this option!!
