Awful product
From the terrible packaging that you need to have the strength of a bodybuilder to squeeze out the product to the fact that it had zero effect on stains........
Bad design
This is great at washing, however the packaging is so badly designed. Impossible to work out how much to use as the markings inside the cap are so faint. The top doesn’t fit properly so half it has leaked all over my cupboard, as the cap doesn’t go back on easily. Do these manufacturers think of the elderly, and like my self the visually impaired, because the measuring cap is green and the gel is blue and the markings are so faint, most of it ended up on floor. I’d recommend for its cleaning, but no it’s design, .Hence the 1 star,
Overpowering smell
I saw the other recent reviews about the new scent, but as I have used Ariel for many years, I bought it anyway, thinking that such a big brand couldn't have made such a mistake. Unfortunately, it is that bad. While the scent isn't unpleasant, it is overpowering and remains overpowering even on dried clothes. So the almost full bottle is going to be thrown away.
Good quality
Given this by Ocado to review, Don't put too much in or it stays in the detergent drawer but it cleans well and I like the smell

I love the smell and how it works, but the gel sticks in the detergent container after the wash cycle.
Chemical smell
Received from Ocado to review, cleans well but totally agree with other reviewers, the scent is not pleasant, too chemical, used twice but won’t use again.
