Read the label
To be honest,it DOES say it's in White wine vinegar, which is to strong for my liking
Nothing close to garlic
This chopped garlic, in theory, brilliant-comes in a glass jar, could dip in as an when required within the usage instructions. The vinegarette that bathes the garlic is overpowering as the other reviewers have stated. So, absolutely no good for cooking unless you want to ruin your hard work.. For salads etc, if you're okay with no garlic taste and solid pieces of vinegar absorbed then you won't be disappointed.
Over powered by vinegar.
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. It should say on the label that it is in vinegar. Maybe it is healthy, but it overall it is an overpowering taste and I have thrown it away.
too much vinegar
I agree with other reviewers makes all food taste of vinegar - can't taste any garlic - not for me
tastes weird
tastes kind of like sweet chilli sauce, can taste it through whatever you put it in. I don't know why but it doesn't taste of garlic.
convenient but overpowered by vinegar
This is handy but too overpowered by vinegar for my taste, there is a lot of it too ! Thinking of using this up by baking it with home made oven chips. Its not bad Id just rather chop a clove up.
