History
Beefsteak Club is an award-winning wine brand, inspired by 18th century dining clubs which celebrated the beefsteak as a symbol of liberty and prosperity.
Regional Information
Sauvignon Blanc grapes are hand harvested early in the morning when temperatures are cooler, which helps to retain aromas and flavours. The grapes are gently pressed at a controlled temperature of 15˚C with selected yeasts, to preserve delicate varietal characteristics, typical of Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the cooler coastal zones in Chile.

Vinification Details
The grapes for this wine come from the Fundo El Rosario and Cuncumen vineyards in the coastal zones of San Antonio and Leyda Valley. The proximity to the Pacific Ocean provides cool nights as well as morning mists and sea breezes during the afternoons. This is a cool and dry region, where rainfall occurs mostly during the winter period. These conditions help to achieve slow ripening grapes, resulting in a wine with crisp natural acidity, complex flavours and an elegant minerality.

definitely drinkable

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I usually stick to reds but this made a pleasant change. White wine drinking pal said she thought it was a good one for the ££

Vegan friendly

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Not usually fan of white wine but it’s hard to find a vegan option when dining with vegan friends so this was a nice surprise. Very light and dry and I enjoyed it.

Really enjoyed and its vegan

I am reviewing this wine as we received it free from Ocado. We really enjoyed this and would definitely buy. It is always good to have a vegan wine to go with our trying to be more plant based lifestyle. Healthier for us and better for the planet as well as cool for the cow or hen that may otherwise be used in production.

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. This wine was OK, but would not pay full price for the product. There are far better Sauvignon Blancs on the market. We found this a little sharp. However, appreciate that this is down to personal taste.

Nice wine

got this wine by Ocado to review and found it to be a nice wine not to acidic and very drinkable at the price.
