Product information
Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose Blanc is an elegant wine that pays tribute to Sophie Valrose a woman who stood up and challenged the exploitation of female workers in vineyards. This Sauvignon Blanc comes to life in southern France, from the sun-drenched vineyards nestled in Coteaux de Béziers. Here, the coastal winds and warm Mediterranean climate work their magic, infusing le Bijou de Sophie Valrose Blanc with complexity while preserving its natural acidity.
After a careful process of winemaking, this Sauvignon Blanc bursts with flavors of ripe grapefruit and citrus. Its crisp palate and satisfying hint of salinity make it a perfect companion for oil-based pasta dishes, grilled salmon or chicken salads, and cheese platters.
