Preparation and Usage
Make your coconut milk:
Pour 400ml boiling water into a jug and add 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block. Stir until dissolved.
Serves 2
4 tbsp Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry Paste
1 tbsp vegetable oil 400ml coconut milk, (made using 100g Blue Dragon Creamed Coconut Block according to the instructions above)
400g chicken breast, thinly sliced
A handful of mangetout or green beans
Blue Dragon Fish Sauce and palm or caster sugar to taste

Sizzle: Fry your meat until cooked through, reduce heat to medium and gently fry the Thai paste for a minute.
Stir: Add the coconut milk and stir until paste is dissolved and bring to the boil. Add your vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
Enjoy: Serve with steamed rice and enjoy.

Recipe suggestion:
Green Thai Curry
Serves 2
4 tablespoons Blue Dragon Green Curry Paste,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil,
400ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk (as described above),
2 thinly sliced chicken breasts,
1 red pepper - deseeded and thinly sliced.
Method:
1. Fry the paste in a pan with the oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add the coconut milk and mix with the paste.
3. Once the milk is hot, add the chicken and red pepper.
Cook until tender.
Cooking tip:
Try adding other vegetables such as green beans.

no rubbish
Prefer to get the blocks than tins as theres no rubbish added, enjoy in soups and curries.
Great for a curry
Made a slow cooker curry and this worked perfectly. Convenient to be able to use as much as required and put the rest of the block in the fridge.

So good for curries and soups - much cheaper to cut a bit off and mix with hot water, thank buying a tin of coconut milk, and has the same taste and thickness
Awful. Odd grainy texture.
Bought this expecting coconut cream and it was more like a block of blitzed coconut flesh. It had a very grainy texture and thickened up like custard - nothing like normal coconut cream. Absolutely would not recommend, ruined a Thai curry!

So convenient in block form. Just cut off/shave what you need. Thickens and gives a lovely taste to curries. Then store in fridge.

This is great to make a curry mild, if doing a korma or masala it brings the sweetness with out the coconut flavour.
