Useless!

This product does not produce a lather suitable for shaving. It disappears within seconds. You will have a to shave a small area at a time and then it is not a close shave. I binned it!

Lathers OK but you need to work at it

Being a vegan soap, this doesnt contain lanolin (an oil secreted by sheep and other wool producing animals) which gives that rich lather on non-vegan shaving soaps. If you care about animals, you will see past this minor inconvenience and work your shaving brush a little longer. If you dont care about animals, choose a lanolin based soap and lather your face with the skin secretions of dead sheep.

poor quality

Do not buy unless you really want the bamboo bowl! The soap is utterly useless. It will not lather or last long enough to shave.

Lather disappears

I bought this for my husband with a refill and love the bamboo bowl, but he says the lather disappears before he can shave it off, so has to do little sections at a time and now wants me to buy a different one. He said normal soap works better.
