Vinification Details
The grapes are harvested when just ripe, destemmed, crushed and fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is kept within 32° C. The grapes are gently pressed. The best vintages are selected here to preserve the aromas specific from the variety. Maturing in tanks. Lastly, it is racked, filtered and bottled.

Not good on its own
Maybe with food it is more pleasant. And yes, I normally like Cabernet Sauvignon

Very nice
Drinkable from the minute the bottle is opened. Lasted well. I'm a light drinker and had 6 small glassfuls over three nights so very good value.

really enjoyed this
I usually love a Pinot Noir but decided to try this based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. Lovely to drink on its own as well as with food. I enjoyed the fruity notes and smooth finish.
