Sunset Breeze Ingredients:
120ml Castillo De Ibiza Rosé
60ml Ginger Ale
5ml Rose Syrup (Optional)
Raspberries
How to Mix: Add Castillo de Ibiza and rose syrup to a cold glass. Top up with ice and ginger ale. Garnish with raspberries and enjoy at sunset!

Vinification Details
Cold maceration helps extract aromas as well as a subtle pink colour. Following the maceration, the skins are removed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature of around 15°C degrees.

Gorgeous
I bought this wine on a whim at another supermarket and was very sceptical about what it would be like. It's gorgeous, dry and tasty. I've been adding it to my Ocado order ever since.
Vintage 2021
Light, dry and too bitter for me when I opened the bottle. Gave it a good shake and left sealed in the fridge for a couple of days and the bitterness was gone.

really light and easy drinking without being either to sweet or acidic. loved it!
Crisp and fruity
Light and refreshing, this rose is perfect for drinking on its own. I also enjoyed its crisp fruitiness with a cheese platter. The bottle is also extremely attractive.
Perfect wine to relax with.
This wine was perfect for a romantic evening with my wife. It has a lovely crisp taste and is just one of those wines that is really enjoyable to drink. We drank it with a lovely salmon dish and it was a great choice. We served it very chilled and kept it in a cooler and I think this made it nicer too.
