good but why plastic
Got this free to review. Very minty toothpaste, cleans a treat. Have to say the packaging works much better than ordinary toothpaste tubes because the lid is larger and harder to lose so the paste doesnt dry up and clog, you can see exactly how much is left and no squeezing and rolling to get the last dregs out. BUT why not put this in a glass jar instead Colgate? Theres no need for new product designs in plastic. So while its worked brilliantly in all senses, I wouldnt buy again because of the plastic. Shame as the toothpaste is great.
Gimmicky packaging
The toothpaste is perfectly fine. Once brushed on teeth it turns from black to white and does the job of cleaning teeth (but no noticeable difference to toothpaste 1/10th of the price). The packaging is what lets it down, what were Colgate thinking? First, when my partner spotted it on the bathroom shelf they thought it was lubricant (Ill leave that one there)!! After using the toothpaste for a week, the top of the tube twisted off and now detaches with the top every time its used. For £12, this product is nothing but a gimmick. I certainly wouldnt buy it again.
Nice but expensive
I was sent this to review by Ocado. This was really nice to use, less harsh than some toothpaste. However it’s very difficult to justify the recommended price - I might buy again if on offer but would not but at full price.
Not unpleasant but a bit of a charcoal gimmick?
Given this to review by Ocado. This is a reasonable toothpaste which left my teeth feeling clean but not fresh due to the lack of mint or other flavour. The flavour is not overpowering and it is pleasant tasting, but without the fresh feeling I don't think I would buy this again.
Surprisingly nice
OCado sent me this to review - it's not something I would ever have bought, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wasn't sure what to expect from a toothpaste with charcoal in, but it was just as refreshing as a regular toothpaste. The packaging is great and much nicer to use than regular toothpaste tubes.
I love the presentation
Unlike others, I love the packaging and wish all toothpaste were like this. Clearly see how much used, no mess at the nozzle snd cap. Stands upright and looks cool in my white, grey and black bathroom Tastes good and cleans well, but it is pricey. Still deciding if its worth it.
