Delicious and easy!
This is genuinely easy to make and tastes delicious. Maybe the American style banana nut muffin has an edge over this from simply having a higher butter content. I bake it in a loaf pan and add chocolate chips (guittard extra dark) or chopped nuts. You can't tell it's from a gluten free, nut free mix. I use proper, good quality butter though. YMMV if you use vegan butter equivalent.
delicious
Second time having this and its actually lovely you wouldnt know its gluten free, my son loves it also and really easy to make. Not sure why its got bad reviews, maybe there was a bad batch?
Awful cake mix
The worse I have ever bought. It tasted very bitter, was very small and didn’t rise. One mouthful each and had to throw it away - no one liked it! Such a waste.
Repeat purchaser, always happy
Not sure why such mixed reviews. I have bought this multiple times over the last year or two and never had a bad bread. I dont do the vegan recipe, I add eggs. But it is a fool proof mix and bonus- my kids love it too.
Delicious and vegan!
Used to make a dessert for guests with dietary needs - went down fabulously! And super easy to put together
Pleasantly Surprised!!
I was initially sceptical due to other gluten free baking mixes I have tried before, but I was really surprised by the results. The cake was really nice and only needed 3 additional ingredients (or less if you do the vegan version). I'll be buying again!
