Beautiful taste when grilled
This was beautiful under the grill, went slightly charred yet had a soft & gooey centre. Delicious as a starter cut in to strips and dipped in a thick tangy tomatoey dip.
Tasty savoury cheese
I enjoyed this cheese on chicken and lettuce in a sandwich. It tastes a bit salty / savoury on its own but it adds to the flavour of the whole dish. Very pleased with the outcome!
Best BBQ Halloumi Skewers
Always buy this for grilled halloumi salads and skewers - had them yesterday on the BBQ with peppers, red onions and chicken. Delicious, especially sat outside in the sun!
Versatile
This cheese is quite salty, but it’s delicious once grilled I’ve had it with salad and also in a wrap and enjoyed it.
Amazing
A really nice grilling cheese. I done this with chicken and it was delicious. A nice strong flavour.
Firm and versatile
I found that this kept it's structure when grilled and didn't feel that it was any saltier than similar cheeses. I enjoyed the taste and would buy again.
