We've been farming organically for over 35 years,
meaning our animals enjoy their natural grass and forage-based diet, growing
into strong and healthy animals, free from unnecessary chemicals, antibiotics
and GM feed.
We choose British breeds who thrive in their native landscape and encourage
healthy biodiversity on our farm. We avoid waste of any kind, so manure and
kitchen waste compost are returned to the soil as rich natural fertilisers.
We have even built our own abattoir to ensure the highest animal welfare and
reduce food miles, which results in better tasting meat, and we spread our
message far beyond the boundaries of our own fields.
Each step of our journey is made with a conscience, and a love for food.

Keep refridgerated 0-5¿C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
For
perfectly cooked lamb, our head chef recommends:
Pan Fry
Loin Chops & Leg Steaks: Season meat and cook in a searing hot pan with a little oil for
5-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned to your liking. Rest for 2-3
minutes before serving.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw
meat.

For a lot of money couldn't cooking instructions be more than just fry? Lamb's greasy as it is. Grilled instead but I chewed and chewed until I gave up.
We bought multiple packets of these and every one was terrible. Some of the worst meat I have eaten. Mainly fat and gristle. Most was inedible and had to be thrown away.
I bought these recently when they were on a flash sale. There was very little fat on them. I grilled them and they were very tender, moist and we really enjoyed them.
I bought these in a flash sale two weeks in a row so I could make a large hot pot. The first lot were fine. The second lot were mostly waste and fat and sinew hardly any meat. The whole lot was really tough. I would never purchase again.
So
I slow cooked this in a small oven pot with lid on and just some shallots with no water or other juices on 150 for just over an hour and it came out moist and perfect .
Surf with couscous and salad and pitta bread for dinner and it was a huge hit all the family .
