High in fibre
7g of fibre per bar!! I always struggle to eat enough fibre but these bars help me a lot. I eat them in the morning, they also have a good amount of fat so they don't raise your blood sugar too much.
good combo
These bars are yummy combo of seeds and fruits. Healthy and high in fibre. Maybe a little sweet as have got date syrup and pineapple juice. These are priced high although I got them when on offer

it is down to personal taste but I love these bars. I enjoy that they are 'like bird seed'! I don't find them overly sweet either
Terrible
Easiest way to describe it - its basically bird food! And so sweet its sickly. Dreadful
Sweet but still tasty
I do prefer a savoury snack and try to avoid sugars so these are not ideal but for what they are (seeds bound together by brown rice syrup) they are tasty. It just comes down to personal preferences.
