Preparation and Usage
For a quick and delicious meal, heat the sauce as per instructions and stir into your favourite cooked pasta. Perfect for al forno dishes such as macaroni cheese and as a topping for lasagne and cannelloni.
Instructions
Empty contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot. Do not allow to boil.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. (800W) 4 Mins
Remove lid from pot, stir the sauce and then place back on top. Place pot on a microwaveable plate and heat, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for 2 minutes after heating and stir thoroughly before serving.

much much better than equivalents
This sauce is just right in terms of cheesyness, texture, creaminess and flavour. Makes it versatile. Surprised to see the mediocre reviews from others! You can add a bit of cheese of choice to enhance flavour if you feel so inclined. Personally, I think this is spot on.

Nice quick sauce added lots,of black,pepper great alternative to making your own!
Disappointing
Tastes strongly of uht and not very strongly of cheese. Usually find dell ugo products good but this was very disappointing, won't buy again.
Lacking in flavour
This lacked flavour to the extent that it was more like plain white sauce. Will not be buying again.
