I use this for my lemon oaty cookies, it works really well and they taste lovely.

I hope they never change the recipe because its flavour and quality are great. I add to my cake and it's like using real lemons. Perfect and great price.
Great extract, perfect every time
Really good extract, provides a lovely lemon hit to anything you add it to. My customers raved about the lemon cupcakes I made with this. Fair price, good quality. Caps can be a little wonky but I've usually used the entire bottle in one baking session anyway so not a problem for me.
product fine please sort out the screw top!!
Product was fine with the lid was extremely difficult to unscrew. Once off (eventually) it would not screw back on so what I hadnt used had to be thrown away
Artificial taste
I seem to disagree with most of the other reviewers on this one. I found it had an unpleasant, artificial taste when used in a cupcake frosting. However my kids and husband liked it, so maybe I'm just fussy. But it doesn't hold a candle to the flavour you get from real lemon.
