Hi - I'm Fred and I'm on a mission to deliver everyday fish that'll make your week. And with these sea bream fillets, I'm hoping to do just that. They're cracking pan-fried with some sautéed spuds, or if you're in the mood for a bit of spice, why not whack them in a curry?
Our sea bream is from Turkey, and the team here work closely with the ASC to make sure every pack of fish with my name on it has been sourced responsibly. At Fish Said Fred, that's a non-negotiable.
