Sometimes I cant be bothered to make a dressing, and balsamic glaze is so handy, this is a good one, not excessively sweet like some

Delicious on mozzarella and tomato salad
I loved this balsamic glaze. It has a lovely consistency which worked wonders on my mozzarella and cherry tomatoe salad. It is a glaze so much thicker than normal balsamic vinegar and it had just the right level of sweetness. A little goes a long way.
Balsamic vinegar
I wasnt 100% sure what this was or how to use it as it doesnt say on the bottle. Its thickish and is just like my usual balsamic vinegar. I think I would like it with a tiny bit more acidity but I would use it in place of my usual balsamic vinegar. Very nice drizzled on salad. The taste compared it to my usual balsamic vinegar is slightly sweeter.
