Awful!
Sorry, this does not compare to Garofalo, simply dreadful taste, and not cheap!
Favourite GF Quick Pasta
I love this pasta for quick pasta and sauce lunches etc. Even the people who eat gluten in our house love this!
regular
This is my go to quick meal pasta, not too pricey (there are more expensive GF pasta's) and quick to cook. I like the texture of the Fusilli. Need to get the timing right. Only complaint is that if you cook too much it doesn't keep well overnight to use the next day, but that doesn't happen often in our house!
Perfect pasta
The texture and the taste are great. I had to reduce gluten and those ones are a great alternative for the whole family! Just careful with the cooking instructions, they're cooked in less time than usual pasta.
staple pasta
Great pasta, bag makes 4 adult portions, good value vs flavour.
Great for some
Yes, it is pricey, but for those of us who want the protein - at 23g per 100g, it is fabulous compared to, say, the Waittrose homebrand, which only weighs in with 3.5g protein per 100g! As to stodginess - it seems fine, as long as I remember that it only takes 5 mins to cook, unlike most pasta, which normally takes about 10 mins.
