Definitely worth the money
I’ve seen a lot of comments saying this pasta is difficult to cook, just make sure you have a large pot, the pasta is large already so it needs room to grow and that the water is boiling and well salted. Job done 👍
Really lovely pasta
but you need to cook these for ages so be aware.
Yummy
Big shelled pasta good for stuffing them
Great for filled pasta
I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviewer that this is ideal for the Olive magazine filled pasta. This pasta is ideal, cooked al dente, then stuffed and baked. I find it to be both a good quick meal and good for sharing with others.
Good for stuffing but
Take ages to cook
absolutely perfect
These are amazing for stuffing with ricotta & spinach, and baked with some tomato sauce and cheese ( there's a variation with broccoli and ricotta that also turned out to be good) so ignore bad reviews and google a "baked stuffed shells" recipe. The one from Olive magazine is a simple one and the photo will clear any doubts about how to use this perfect pasta
