Great product

I received this item for free from Ocado, it is a great product, full of flavour. Thank you for making these much needed gluten free pastas. The brand and its varieties are recommended.

Not as good as the normal lasagna sheets

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. I’m not gluten intolerant so don’t need to use these, they are not as good as normal lasagna sheets, but would beat not being able to have lasagna at all.

Tastes like normal pasta sheets

Alot of gf pasta sheets just fall apart or you need to pre boil them - you don't have to with this one and the sheets held together. Really good product and tasted good too.

no need to boil

I've tried a few different brands and like this one the best. A previous reviewer said that they stick together when being boiled - in fact, as far as I know, you don't need to do this before use. If you are concerned that there might not be enough liquid in your sauce to enable them to cook you could always dip them in water before using them, or simply add a little more liquid to your sauce.
