Preparation and Usage
Combine 1 cup of Haruka rice and 1.25 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered about 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups of cooked rice.

Good quality
good quality sushi rice. Easy to cook. Value for money too.
Good sushi rice at a reasonable price
I cook the rice in a rice cooker and it comes out good. It keeps the its shape while remains fluffy with a firm bite. My only complain is that although smells nice, this rice lacks that distinctive subtly sweet flavour.
