I love these

I eat these as I prefer the taste over beef burgers, plus the protein content and calories in these are better for my specific diet. I don't like the chicken Italia sausages but these chicken Italia burgers are absolutely delicious. But they must be grilled, I find that starting them from raw on the bbq results in a dry, tough burger (probably because the fat content is lower) I cook them under the grill then finish on the bbq for that delicious smoked flavour.

These are honestly disgusting. I love the sausages but this burger was horrible. Looked like cat food - big gelatinous lumps throughout. Texture was squelchy and rubbery. Nothing like the chipolatas! Avoid!!
