Mary Rose Gin is the flagship spirit from the HMS Spirits Company. It respectfully admires the tradition of a well-balanced juniper heavy London Dry Gin, adding subtle notes of pink grapefruit to liven the front of the palate followed by a soft rosemary finish. It is carefully distilled in small batches using a traditional copper pot still and retains a natural oil content from the rosemary which gives it a richness and ensures its smoothness on the palate.
