So thin
Tastes nice and I like the fact it has no nitrates, but incredibly thin. So thin its almost difficult to pick the pieces apart.

invisible meat
Looks good in the packet, but after the pumped in water disperses when cooked, the rashers become wafer thin slivers which are so translucent as to be virtually see through. Will never order again.

Delicious
You wonder why , if bacon can be this tasty without nitrites, why they bothered to put them in in the first place. Very thin rashers, but then they cook to super crispy; just make sure you use a non stick pan. Great in a BLT.
