Preheat grill to medium. Place bacon on rack. Turn occasionally.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 5-6 mins
Heat a little oil in the frying pan. Fry over a medium heat. Turn occasionally.

Too much fat
Too much fat hidden by the label and salt level high. On the plus side nitrate free so not all bad.

Good to have nitrite free
Thin rashers, reasonable taste, not as nice as a normal thick cut bacon but great to have nitrite free option

ok
Not many nitrate free options available so kind of forced to buy this for my family who wont give up bacon. Can never find any that is cut thick, it always falls apart

Really like this bacon, havent noticed a lot of water as others have commented on and a bonus that it is nitrate free. Would recommend.
