Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W, 5 mins
900W, 4 mins
Remove sleeve. Pierce film.
Cook on high (100%). Remove film. Allow to stand for 1 min.
Stir thoroughly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 30-35 mins
Preheat oven.
Decant into an ovenproof dish.
Stir. Cover with foil.
Remove foil and stir thoroughly.

Storage:
Suitable for freezing.
For use by, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C.
This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
Defrost thoroughly before use.
