Enjoy a rich and savoury meal for two, in three easy steps, in just 20 minutes with our delicious chow mein meal kit. Each kit includes medium wheat noodles, chow mein sauce and a fried garlic and shallot topping.

Simply add chicken breast, mushrooms, peppers, baby corn, spring onion and vegetable oil. For a meat free version, simply replace the chicken with tofu or mixed peppers.

Just Add...
250g Chicken Breast, Sliced Into Approx 3cm Strips
50g Mushrooms, Sliced
50g Red Peppers, Sliced
100g Baby Corn, Halved Lengthways
30g Spring Onion, Sliced
2 Tbsp (30ml) Vegetable Oil

Simple Swaps
Replace the chicken with tofu or mixed peppers

Create in 3 Easy Steps
1. Separate the noodles and place in boiled water for 30 secs. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken, mushrooms, red pepper and baby corn and stir fry for 5 mins.
3. Add the noodles and sauce, stir fry for 1-2 mins until the noodles are hot. Stir through the spring onion and the fried shallot & garlic topping.
