Instructions

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10 mins
Needs cooking
Remove all packaging. Place drizzle sachet to one side. Heat 1 tsp (5ml) oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Place Flatties™ into the pan. Turn once. Drizzle the sauce over the Flatties™ to serve. Wash hands in clean, warm water after handling the sachet. Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat.

tastes good but nightmare to pan fry

Have purchased these for a while and there has been a recent recipe change. Taste is still good but the marinade is thinner and the chicken flatties no longer all flat so by the time some pieces are cooked a thick piece needs another few mins. The watery marinade incinerates to the bottom of the frying pan regardless of what type of pan you use or what heat setting. This was not an issue before but now extremely annoying. Either need to grill ( more annoying to clean a grill pan) or use excessive amounts of oil.

Unique and lovely easy cook option!

I love these because they're something different! Really easy to cook and lovely with just a bit of rice and salad on the side. The bbq version is great too!

Lovely

Bought these on flash sale. Would definately pay full price. 4 decent sized flatties. Nice and chargrilled on outside but still tender and the sauce was lovely.
