Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Thickness of fish may vary. Thicker pieces will take longer to cook. Remove all packaging.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 17 mins
Preheat oven. Line a baking tray with foil. Place fish on foil and season with salt and pepper.; Poach - From Chilled. 5 mins
Preheat enough water/milk to cover fish in a saucepan. Once simmering add fish. Remove from liquid with a slotted spoon.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Turn once during cooking.

very tasty
Really enjoying this. Making buttered silver foil parcels. Salt, pepper and herbs, slices of lemon and bits of butter on the fish, Leave in fridge all day. cook 20 minutes in the oven.
