Admittedly, I love fish, but this was wonderful. We alway eat on the day of delivery. Tastes very fresh, as it should.

Spot on for our taste - slightly smoked as not to overpower the quality of the fish.

Nice Big Fillets

These were really nice. Large fillets, dusted in flour and pan fried for 6 minutes. Not overly smoked. Served with New Potatoes, Samphire & a Tarragon sauce

very bland

I found this to be very bland could not detect any smokiness , reading the instructions it says pan fry perhaps therein lies the answer.Does the technology of the preparation infer that to get a smokiness one should pan fry? I always thought that smoked haddock revealed itself with poaching.
