Enjoy a tasty meal for two, in five easy steps, in just 20 minutes with our delicious Pad Thai meal kit. Each kit includes rice noodles, Pad Thai sauce and a peanut and fried shallot topping.
Simply add either raw king prawns or chicken breast, vegetable oil, 2 eggs and beansprouts. For a meat free version, simply replace the chicken or prawns with tofu, mixed peppers or baby corn.

165g raw king prawns or
200g chicken breast, sliced into approx 3cm strips
2 tbsp (30ml) of vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
160g beansprouts
Create in 5 Easy Steps
1. Half fill a medium-sized saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Add the rice noodles and boil for 8 mins, or until al dente. Rinse under cold water and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the prawns and stir-fry for 1 min or add chicken and stir-fry for 4 mins.
3. Pour in the beaten egg and stir-fry for a few seconds until slightly scrambled.
4. Lower the heat, add the cooked noodles, beansprouts and sauce, then stir-fry for 2-3 mins until heated through.
5. Divide into 2 bowls, top with the peanuts and fried shallots.

Disappointing
Very salty and lacking any flavour. I have previously bought the M&S Pad Thai sauce and thought I'd try this, but I was very disappointed. I'll be going back to buying the sauce and rice noodles in future, also better value for money.

Bland and no flavour looks ok when cooked but totally lacks Thai flavours
