Cooking Instructions - General. Needs cooking. Remove all packaging. For best results grill.
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.
Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Cooks in 8 mins on a high heat.
To ensure crispy bacon, cook for a further 2 mins.
Turn regularly.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8 mins
Add a little oil. Fry over a medium/high heat.
To ensure crispy bacon, cook for a further 2 mins.
Turn regularly.
Check that the product is thoroughly cooked.

These are solid slabs of meat. Cook well, taste great

Too salty
Reminded me of sliced bacon you could get in the 60’s, until I tasted it. More salty than smokey. Tasted ok though. You only need one rasher as it’s so thick. Packaging ridiculously difficult to open. Had to use strong scissors which left very sharp edges to the thick plastic.
