Ok but very difficult to open
The flavour is ok but could be stronger. But, trying to open the bottles I find incredibly difficult. I can't manage to open at all and have to rely on my husband. Stupid really. No idea why they are so unbelievably tight. Hey ho...
Perfect product. Larger bottles please.
I have arthritic hands and I may have just been lucky with the bottles Ive had but Ive been able to open them all without issue. I use this in my flat whites and lattes and its perfect. I dont use a lot so I dont really notice the caramel flavour which is fine by me. Im just looking for a little sweetness without using sugar. Ive used it in overnight oats too with success. All Id say is please start producing this in larger bottles please M&S.
no problems opening
Delicious in coffee, I prefer it to other sugar free caramel syrups I have tried. I don't know if the previous issue was fixed but I had no issues opening this bottle or the hazelnut flavour.
Love it
I love putting this in hot milk. Lovely taste. I had the same problem of not being able to open it. The old trick of running it under hot water didn't work so I actually poured boiling water from the kettle onto the cap whilst holding the bottle upside down and the cap twisted off easily after that.

I agree with the other reviews, it is really really tough to open!! I gave it a good go then tried again the next day and opened it with ease so I'd obviously loosened it. A slight inconvenience though!! Once I got it open I was not disappointed. A tbsp is the perfect amount to add to a frothy coffee and it's saving me money getting my favourite caramel latte from my local coffee shop so I will be buying again when I run out 😊

A tbsp of this in a soya/oat frothy latte, my goodness…literally mumbled twice “So good” on my way from the kitchen. That’s my sweet tooth talking though I guess! No really though, if you have bought some of the bigger brands sugar free versions and felt disappointed, you aren’t wasting your money here as it’s miles ahead.
