fantastic
great alternative to bacon , healthy , tasty . popped it in the air fryer served on sourdough with avocado

Tasty, healthy and quick to cook.
I like two - or three if I'm especially hungry - of these served over my smushed avocado on my protein bagel and topped with an egg. Just pop them in the airfryer for a few mins either side. An easy and quick breakfast before work, which keeps me full all morning.

2 rashers less but still yummy
There used to be 8 rashers, now 6, another victim of shrinkflation, but they are still really lovely with a pile of scrambled egg or in a salad sandwich
