Pump broken
As with precious reviewers, used and loved this foam soap for many years, but the last few bottles ordered had all faulty pumps. I need to switch to a new product, such a shame.
Something wrong with the pump in the new model
I have been u sing these for years but something is wrong with the new pump design. Sadly now having to buy another make.
Problem with the pumps
I love this soap as it smells wonderful, but something had gone very wrong with the pumps. I've had four in a row all fail, making the soap unusable, it doesn't foam and squirts liquid in all directions.
Why did you replace the pump
Changed the pump to a cheaper low-quality version. You either get the foam spraying beyond your hand or it breaks after few uses. Disappointing that a quality premium product ruins the experience by saving a few cents on a pump
