- Taleggio from Caseificio Taddei in Fornovo San Giovanni, Bergamo.
- Four generations of the Taddei family have preserved the region’s traditional cheesemaking processes.
- A geographically protected cheese, the cow's milk is sourced from certified, local farms, giving the cheeses their unmistakable taste and fragrance.
- The whole process is managed by expert cheesemakers, from processing the milk and pouring the curds into the moulds to salting, cleaning and ageing.
- The ageing period lasts for 60 days. The rind is sponged with brine throughout to promote the growth of B.Linens. This bacteria helps break down the cheese from the outside in, resulting in a soft texture throughout.

Superb Taleggio cheese
Had this on a 40% flash sale - still.not cheap bit very high quality and melted perfectly for a pizza. well done Natoora!

This is really good stuff - had this a few times on a flash sale and we all absolutely love it. Highly recommended!
Awful smell
I really liked this cheese. I did not find it too salty at all, and I never add salt to my food. But I probably will not purchase again because despite me wrapping and sealing it, it made my fridge smell awful.
Painfully salty
Decent flavour, but it's so salty it hurts. I had to have a big dollop of chutney with it to be able to finish it, at which point I couldn't taste much cheese anyway. I can only assume the positive reviews are from people who have a very high salt tolerance!
