start of the MCT journey

I’m reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado - I've only been taking for a while but it seems good so far, doseage is quite a few tablets a day so this would work out expensive if on them long term,

terrible

got in touch with customer service to ask how many calories these contain and they told me: "as this is a food supplement only we don't have to answer your question " I binned it straight away. Don't trust anyone who gets defensive over a simple question.
