Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Instructions
Pan Fry: High heat
Rare: 2-3 mins
Medium: 3-6 mins
Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking. Preheat pan on high. Lightly oil and season steak. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Not great
These steaks were full of gristle and quite tough to chew even though I cooked them medium-rare. Sceptical to try them again.
waste of money
The steaks were a good size but full of gristle and the meat was so tough!
Too Fatty
Brought these after reading the reviews. Definitely won't bother again. Too fatty, had to throw half of each steak away.
TASTY AND TENDER!
I got this in a flash sale and just thought hey try ! Well I was actually extremely pleased with the quality of this steak and actually would pay full price. It was very tender and cooked was melt in the mouth ! I love raw steak and always eat some before I cook it ! This is usually a pretty good gauge of the quality of the meat this passed the raw taste test so I would definitely buy again , even though my favourite is rib eye .
