Instructions
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods.
Pan Fry: Medium Heat 7 mins
Fry in a little oil over a medium heat, turning occasionally.

My regular purchase. I love it fried just on the pan, skin side down, no oil as it is oily enough, until the skin is crispy and then pour a splash of white wine cover for a minute and its done! Perfect for mid week suppers!
These seemed fresh and were lovely when fried briefly. Would it be good if Ocado brand also did larger fillets, as these are small even though it seems to be the standard size for sea bass fillets.
Bought flash sale May 2024, yes generally good fish. Definitely fattier this time which took the edge off.
