Instructions
For best results, grill.
Grill: Medium heat
15-20 mins
Preheat grill. Place slices on a grill pan. Grill under a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4
25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Place slices on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through cooking time.

Quality has fallen off, far too much fat
I've bought belly pork strips from Ocado for many years. The last pack of 500 gr was really poor quality. After leaving a fair amount of fat still on the meat for flavour, I had to discard 150 gr of excess fat. Maybe a rogue batch or a change of supplier but the quality control needs work. Likely to buy face to face in future so I can judge quality before I buy.

Good pork belly however I do find the piece sizes hit and miss. Most weeks I get good sized pork belly pieces however I have had the odd pack where theyre all pretty small. Doesnt stop me from buying though.

I had virtually no fat on mine. Did them in the slow cooker. Absolutely fantastic.

Great for a slow cooker
Used for braised pork belly dish made in the slow cooker. There is a fair amount of fat but this works well if slower cooking. Good flavour and lovely and soft
Terrible
I ordered these last week ignoring the bad comments on here I can honestly say they were 98per cent fat I threw them in the bin how you can sell this I do not know I will never order them again!
