I wont claim a refund

as got on flash sale w a coupon, but had to throw away two of the pack of three, one with mould, other smashed either in transport or due to soft nature. Shame to waste food but the two were unusable. Sorry Ocado!

Arrived soft and bendy

Unsure if it's old produce or been stored at too cold a temperature by Ocado, or both. I do expect my fruit and vegetables to be at least the same quality and freshness as ones I would choose if I was doing my own picking, and have been left disappointed.

..two packs they were soft! The others were substantial sizes (almost marrow size)

Need using quickly

This brand of courgette is often is quite soft and bendy as soon as you receive them, and my last lot were growing mould from the ends within a day. They must be stored for ages before distributing.
