Suitable for freezing. This product was previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Instructions
Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5.
25-30 mins
Loosely wrap in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven.
Caution: Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape.

Salmon had Winter Ulcer!
I love these salmon and never had problems with them. Until today. Its tail end, but thats not an issue for me. They folded the tail end to conceal a big fat ulcer on the salmon. Whoever packed the salmon saw the ulcer. Seems quality control is an issue with these. And it makes me wonder if the rest of them have been swimming alongside others with winter ulcer disease, because these things dont just happen to 1 fish in a farm. Ocado refunded with no issues though. So brilliant customer support but poor product/quality control
great value, consistently tasty and fresh
Like any fresh fish, I always eat it within 24 hours of delivery and this is consistently tasty and excellent value compared with other brands. Yes it occasionally smells fishy and there is liquid when opening it, a quick pat with some kitchen paper before seasoning and sticking in the oven and it always turns out well.

We slow roasted on the bbq with butter and lemon - turned out beautifully! Not a single flake left over!

This feeds our family of 3 perfectly and fits into our air fryer making for a speedy meal. We also like how it marintes well too.
what's happened ?
this used to be great however glad I read a few reviews before consuming the last one we bought. at first glance the package looked extremely milky and the fluid around the fish looked very off (white yellowly). opening it of course it smelt fishy but this was a whole lot smellier than normal.... clearly it was off. it was one day before BB .... should still have been OK but it all went in the bin. terrible smell.

Last piece was tail end and not as good as usual. It used to be lovely and good quality. Ive noticed a few products are going downhill. Ocado not been the same since venture with M and S.
