Pampelle Grapefruit Aperitif 70cl

£30 per litreProduct information
The taste is fresh and reminiscent of the south of France, capturing the emotion of the Mediterranean lifestyle, whilst being underpinned with French craftmanship.
The hero of this complex aperitif is the Ruby Red Grapefruit, responsible for its sweetly bitter disposition. Our grapefruits are halved and macerated at length until full extraction occurs. To enhance the natural citrus aromas, fresh peels are macerated and distilled in copper stills. Our rubies are pressed and reduced until they become a deep, velvety red.
The grapefruit distillate is then Infused with the highest quality citrus peels, sourced from around the world including dried Yuzu, Cedrat and Bigarade before being blended in batches with botanicals such as Quinine and Gentian and our signature Eau-de-Vie, made from grapes that have been fermented and distilled through column stills.
Every bottle of Pampelle is stamped with the seal of a Damselfly, a protected native species of this highly regarded area of France.
Pampelle is naturally lower in sugar and best enjoyed chilled.

Pampelle Spritz plus
perfect spritz, prosecco soda water, BUT, I add a little elderflower cordial or liqueur... even more special! try it...
The best Aperitif out there
Simply the best apperitif out there for a summer Spritz, I have been looking for Aperol alternatives for some times as I find it too sugary and this was receommended to me, the grapefut taste is more suttle and refreshing - Goes very well with Crement de Bourgogne (Sparkling whine from France though not Champagne region) which are less sugary than Procecos or Clairette de Die.
loved it!
I received this to review and really wasn't sure about it at first, but when mixed with Prosecco it is really lovely and a nice alternative to Aperol. Would definitely be buying again.
A change from the orange drink
A little more bitter than Aperol but still delicious. Great for those who don’t like such sweet tasting drinks
Unexpectedly nice!
I was sent this to review and I was a bit sceptical as I don’t normally like grapefruit. I mixed a small amount with some prosecco and I enjoyed it. Can’t wait to try it with other drinks.
Surprisingly good
A surprisingly good citrus drink perfect for mixing with Prosecco and an ice cube. If the thought of grapefruit and citrus peal appeals then this could be for you.
