Preparation and Usage
- 4 Chicken breasts or 400g of paneer
Easy korma for 4
1 Fry diced chicken breasts or paneer for 5 mins in a little oil until sealed.
2 Add the sauce and simmer for 15 mins until the chicken or paneer is cooked through.
Try adding 2 1/2 cups of green peas whilst simmering the sauce.

Chicken Korma
Cooking Instructions - Serves 4
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.
Add 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts* and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins).
Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
*Alternatively, use prawns, mixed vegetables or lamb. Adjust simmer time accordingly.
May contain traces of peanut or tree nuts

Tastes nothing like korma
Very vinegary bland taste, nothing like it used to taste ten years ago. Horribly watery as well. Do not recommend at all.

Well my children loved this! added to chicken with rice, naan and broccoli and it was a hit I thought it was a nice flavour but the sauce was a little thin for me. but I'll buy again as rare all my children will eat the same thing!
THE BEST KORMA SAUCE!
This really is the best Korma sauce these days! I have been using this brand for years to make my Chicken Korma, and I have tried many other sauces, but I have to say Patak's is still the best! Highly recommend....

I was seduced by all the rave reviews, and I have to wonder if I got a bad batch because we really didnt like this at all. It wasnt much like a korma, and had a vinegary after taste which was really strange and gave it an artificial tang. The search for a good jar curry continues..
Delicious and Flavourful
This sauce is so quick and easy to prepare a beautiful tasting Chicken Korma. The coconut taste was lovely. Lots of other flavours came through too thanks to the numerous spices in this sauce proving that mild doesn't mean boring but actually quite delicious!
